Some time ago I heard somewhere that custom posts types creation and management would be implemented as a feature in the core of WordPress so we could use them easily without installing any plugin. Is that correct ? Is it still in the works ? I’m waiting for this for years. In association with blocks and full site editing it would be super powerful.
