Need 3 options for products cant figure out

Hello maybe one of you can help me. it sounds simple but been days and cant put it together yet.

* 30 products. each product comes in boxes of 6 and 12.
* the client should be able to select one of the two.
* but here comes the trick: the products should have a subscription option too.

So I found *Sumo subscriptions* plugin it works great but if I enable a product to be subscribable there is no option to order it once.

it has the option for variable subs which helps because Now I can add each size separate as a variable. but then it does not allow order without subscription…

an easy way would be to add custom fields to the products but the point is that if people pick a subscription option it automatically charge it according the date the person chose (weekly monthly etc)
