The website for the organization I work for is not loading. All I see is a blank page with “ERROR: Advanced Custom Fields plugin is required.”. I get the same blank page/error message when I try to actually go in to edit the site. I went to wordpress.com to login this way, but it says user does not exist after typing in my email address. I double checked my inbox and I have an email from WordPress with password reset months ago, so I know this is the correct email address.
I have no idea what to do because I can’t even go in to look into the plugin issue. I would really appreciate any help!
I also can’t contact WordPress Support because I can’t login.
