I'm mostly a graphic designer, I do light web design and most of my clients use Squarespace/Wix, I have a bit of experience with WordPress but not much. I found a theme that works very well with his style: https://superbthemes.com/demo/marketingly/
I'm trying so hard to replicate the demo homepage with the different white boxes! Unfortunately when I imported the demo data, for some reason it didn't give me the demo's homepage. As you can see in the screenshot, the first white box are the headers (I edited those in the Customize Theme) and then the second box is the Homepage itself. I've looked everywhere in terms of how to add new sections or containers, etc… I'm using Elementor.
Everytime I go to add a widget or block, it just extends the current box further. I want it like the demo… is the white box simply the background of the "page"? I've looked through every option of the theme's customization and all that changes it is whether or not I can set the homepage to Static or Recent Posts. I also don't think that it uses the Blog page (although that DOES give you separate box sections), because the demo has a separate blog page.
