Hi all!
I posted in here a while back about creating a book review website. I ended up hiring a WP developer on Fiverr to help me create the kind of custom post and query function that I’m looking for. Unfortunately, they don’t know how to fix the issue that’s arisen.
I have a catalog page which displays all posts, which are Recenio plug-in reviews. Originally, this page had a side-bar customized query that seems to live in elementor itself. However, the query now shows a red error bar at the top of the page that says “The Current Query has no posts. Please make sure you have published posts matching your query”.
What’s difficult about this is that to my untrained eye, it doesn’t look like anything has changed at all. When I open it up in elementor, the query parameters all look correct. I tried changing it to query reviews and it says the exact same thing. The search is simple, just sorting against a few categories and rating parameters via dropdown menus.
At this point, the developer that helped me is unable to diagnose the issue and they told me to try reaching out to the plugin developer, which I have, to no response (1 week ago).
Does anyone have any experience with this kind of issue? Is there a simpler way for me to try and figure out what the issue is? I don’t want to compromise on this feature for my site, so I either have to figure it out, or try my luck at hiring someone else to help me.
Thank you so much in advance!!

I am the developer of the Recencio plugin.
Can you reference the support thread you have created on the plugin’s support page on [wp.org]), I may have missed the initial email alert.
