Good day. I have someone build me a website, they did in WordPress with a theme called Razzi. Long story short, we are no longer in speaking terms with said person and now I have the following issues:
1. I have all access information but in the main user, his email is still showing and I cannot seem to be able yo change it.
2. He supposedly uploaded the latest version of the website but now most of the pages show the 404 error.
3. He gave me a back up in file extension .Wpress but it almost 300mb in size I cannot find a plug in (free) to import it.
4. When I try to create a new website with a new template, it pre populates the pages with the information of the website that does not work
And finally, 5. What plug in/theme would you recommend to create a website to sell my products (jewelry) for someone with 0 knowledge of building websites?
