I saw this website and am looking for a theme to make a website like [https://vizem.net/]). Even if I use a theme like divi or astra, I need to figure out how I show go about making the main item on my site a dropdown menu. I also like that each item on the drop down menu has a main page with a dynamic sidebar with different items. I am looking to make a site with the same layout and am trying to find the easiest way to get there.

I think what matter is how serious is it. The plug-in eco-system is almost infinitely customizable to support evolving business needs. That is not free from frustration, but super flexible. Never hosted on SS, but gave up on Wix because it just could do enough. For something simple and personal, Wix was great out of the box though.
A lot of these block editor themes offer that right out of the box.
