We're experiencing an issue with our WooCommerce store where orders are being processed at subscription rates, but they are not being treated as actual subscriptions. This is causing confusion and inconsistency with customer expectations and billing cycles.
To provide some finer details:
- Issue: Orders are processed at subscription rates but do not register as subscriptions.
- Expected Behavior: The system should recognize these orders as subscriptions and handle recurring payments and management as per the subscription model.
- Plugins: Woocommerce Subscriptions and Buy Once or Subscribe for WooCommerce Subscriptions by Subscriptionforce.
I have already tried contacting Woo plugin support but they haven't provided a direct resolution to the problem.
