Need help transferring local site to siteground

As the title says I’m struggling a bit to get a local site I built up to siteground, and one thing to note is that I removed the old wp site from the server before starting this. I moved over all the files from my local to the server via FTP (Filezilla), I then created a database in site ground and imported my local sql db into it –

then I updated the user and the other site url info from the tutorial in php my admin to have the correct urls

worth mentioning that I created a user in site ground, but it never asked me to create a password, so i’m not sure if this is the user I should be using, if so, where can I set the password?

but I’m still getting this error

No idea why it’s still not connect, any help is really appreciated!!
