Hi there. I have an active Buddypress/WP community, looking to contract some work for someone to look at a server configuration/sql/database and analyze and apply performance tweaks to get the site running smoothly
I believe the resources are there, and the site is not crazy-big where it should be performing as bad as it is. Likely needs someone who knows what they’re looking at to tweak settings and get the server running better

You sure it’s the SQL part that needs optimization, and not the code? Unless you’re running custom tables without at least having some indexes for performance, my general experience is that the biggest performance hog is on the logic side, not the data side.
