Need some advice

I’m trying to find a simple plugin for customers to use that would let them rate how easy or difficult a webpage was to navigate.

My boss is thinking something we can customize to have a thumbs up or down emoji and ask the question “was this page easy to navigate/use?” But I’m not sure how to search for something like that on WordPress plug-ins. Anyone have some advice?
