Need some urgent help with Event plugin for WordPress

Hello- appreciate some insights into this as my google search is not showing me the info I need.

For background, I manage our PTO's free WordPress site and its not setup the best with multiple people "volunteering" on it over the years.

I've used the event tickets plugin for 2 years (maybe we had event tickets plus) and seems like the license for the plus version has either expired or they changes the cost model. Either ways I now just have the base events tickets plugin which is free.

I need to create an event where we sell tickets to a dinner. I need to collect some additional info on the attendees such as their name, food allergies, kids' grades etc. and from my research this is not available in the free events tickets plugin? The "plus" version is $149 for a year – this would be too expensive for our budget annually since we only use this for the one event.

Any help/inights here? I am hoping to make this work as its already connected with our Paypal PTO account etc. through Woocommerce and redoing all that seems a pain.
