My site is slow to load and need some assistance. PageSpeed Insights gives my site a 60 for performance. WordPress Site Health shows critical issue under performance.

* Median server response time was 2,718 milliseconds. It should be less than the recommended 600 milliseconds threshold.
* No client caching response headers were detected.
* A page cache plugin was not detected.
I have tried a couple of Cache plugins, and currently have Lightspeed Cache enabled, but no matter which one I use it never helps and keep getting told I do not have a cache plugin running.
How do I fix this?
