can here someone suggest how to add a condition on the Tera wallet payment gateway if the cart order value amount is not equal or more than the wallet amount of users (customers) should not allow the user successfully place the order on the checkout until cart order amount matches the amount in user wallet while customer placing the order via wallet payment gateway on checkout.
