Need to get my shop open soon, contacted Astra about issues but it’s weekend, maybe you guys can help

Straight to the point,

Have WooCommerce installed, Astra plan ($79 essential I believe) I can install all the starter templates but when I go to Customize in Astra, it freezes. Chrome says says the customize page isn't load and asks me if I want to wait. Eventually I can I get it to it, but for each option, it does the same thing. I can't work like that.

And if by off chance, does anyone know what happened to Halloween Store starter template (I guess with Spectra?) It said it was one of the templates that came with Astra, I see all the other starter templates, but not that one and unfortunately I need one of Astra's dark mode starter templates for e-commerce.
