Neighborhood GD value is repeated for all listings despite being incorrect

The same Neighborhood value is repeated for each listing, and this is incorrect. These listings have different neighborhood values in the database. Is there anything I can do to debug this?

I have a pro account on GD’s website, but your login page only allows 3 miss tries and then blocks the user for 15 minutes. I can’t recall which email/password I used.
