Thanks for your message. Developing new APIs for the Channel Manager to create an interface with new OTAs is an operation that only our programmers can perform. This is because a partnership (and so a contract) between the OTA itself and our company is necessary.
As you may know already, our company is a certified Channel Manager provider (e4jConnect) with the major OTAs, but as of today (October 2022), we do not support an API integration directly with FEWO. However, FEWO has been acquired by Vrbo, and Vrbo is part of the Expedia Group, for which we’ve been listed as a certified Channel Manager provider for 10+ years. That said, the Vrbo APIs still require a different integration from the Expedia Group network, and the good news is that we recently signed the NDA (contract) with Vrbo to start the Channel Manager partnership, and so we are already in contact with them.
This means that in a near future (a few months probably), we will also be able to offer an API integration directly with FEWO (Vrbo and all its subsites, like Abritel for France or FEWO for Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
We invite you to get in touch with our team through our website if you would like to be notified for the release of this new API channel integration. For the moment, the only alternative solution to keep the availability and reservations synced between FEWO and your website with Vik Booking/Vik Channel Manager is to use our generic iCal channel integration available on e4jConnect.
