Right now it seems we can only add single payment method on each line in checkout page.
Yes, that’s how WooCommerce has always worked.
How to use the new Element payment as show here:
We’re working on an update that combines the payment methods into the Payment Element as shown in your links. No timeline on when that will be available however.
