Hello @saramtn thank you for opening a support topic with us. It’s possible that the key metrics feature not be pushed out to your site yet. Do you recall when you updated to the latest version of Site Kit on this site? We push features, including key metrics, twice daily. If you only updated to the latest version of Site Kit today for example, you may not receive this feature until later today or tomorrow.
I can also check your setup to see if everything looks as it should. To do this please could you share your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
I suspect though that it will just be a matter of time until the feature is available to you. I will let you know if I see anything from your Site Health Information if shared.
