Struggling with one remaining issue when installing Awesome Support on localhost and on live host. When reviewing all Tickets, I see notes that say ‘Membership Approval is still pending’.
WordPress Version 6.1.1
Windows 10 localhost (XAMPP)
Plugins that may have conflict (if so, I don’t know which):
– AIO WP Security (Enable manual approval of new registrations: unchecked or I must approve in 2 places)
– WordPress General Setting ‘Anyone can register’
– New User Approve Plugin is installed.
– Awesome Support is installed and configured with default settings and seems to be working OK.
I can register as a new user, create a ticket, receive all Email notifications, etc.
After creating my new user account, I can log out and log in successfully. I can review my tickets.
I login as WP Site Admin and when viewing Awesome Suport Tickets, I see the status on the new user’s Ticket has the option to approve – which I had already done. Subsequent views of Tickets for this (or any other) user continue to show ‘Membership Approval is still pending’.
I must have missed a step somewhere, but I have not been able to sort it. Would appreciate any suggestions or directions you can offer.
