I’ve spent hours trying to troubleshoot this issue!
If I manually fire a NEW ORDER notification from an order detail, it will send fine. Just will not send automatically. I spent ages with the great Cloudways support checking logs and Elastic Email logs too. Nothing from “NEW ORDER” notification.
Website is hosted on Cloudways using Elastic Email. All other mail notifications seems to work OK. This just seems to relate to the New Order notification. Tried testing on:
New order/pay with bank transfer/Set to hold
New Order/Pay with Stripe/Card (real transaction)
All other mails from the site seem to fire OK.
