New Page not showing up in navigation menu on my website

Hey, I had some problem with my contact page, so I deleted it, and created a new one. now, my contact page is showing up in editor, but it isn’t showing up on front end. I added another test page it is still the same. I tried clearly cache, but to no avail. please help

I may have mistakenly edited my default header template but I restored it to its default version, but it it still the same.
