@snecz Are you sure the new reviews are also relevant? The Places API will return only the most relevant reviews; these are not necessarily the newest ones. This is covered in the FAQ and elsewhere in the forum.
Have you checked the Retrieved Data – does this match with what you’re expecting to see?
If you want to collect all reviews, please try the HTML Import because this will collect reviews without text and those deemed less relevant.
The look quite relevant – they have 1-2 sentences not just stars. These reviews are not in Retrieved Data tab.
@snecz I think you’ve hit on the main problem with the Places API – it just sends the most relevant reviews (not always the newest ones). The language will heavily bias these reviews as well – this may be relevant if you have multiple languages.
I recommend giving the HTML Import functionality a go as this can complete your review catalogue.
