@mick69145 The plugin’s cache clear will clear all of its cached data and force a new retrieval through the Places API (provided the last one wasn’t run too recently).
Please compare the Retrieved Data with the result on your page. If there is a discrepancy here, it will be caused by your page caching. The plugin caches reviews and this will be incorporated into a third-party caching service – so it can decide when to remove this data.
If you deploy any caching, it will be a balance between speed and accuracy. However, in your case, I would prioritise speed over the accuracy of the overall count, particularly as it’s placed at the top of every page.
