We have a new URL for a site (purchased & nameservers set), and we’d like the old one to redirect. Everything else is staying the same.
Is it as easy as 1) updating the “WordPress Address” and “Site address” in WP settings and 2) creating a 301 redirect in cpanel?
Finally: In cPanel I see you can create a new domain and link it to the same files as an existing domain (“Share document root”). Should we do that too?
