Hello!
I can’t click “Update wordpress” and i don’t how to do it? Do i have to do it manually?
It says “WordPress 6.4.3 is availabe, please contact the site’s admin”
Also the Elementor isn’t running because WordPress is outdated.
Also on the instructions it suggests to use a backup plugin but i CANT use it anyways because the wordpress/elementor isn’t running.
The site was made by someone else long ago but i can not contact with him. Can you help?
I’m afraid this will be difficult to solve without knowing a little more.
First, it’s not said that Elementor will work when you update WordPress.. Depends on more than the WordPress version.
Are you able to login to the admin area?
If so, could you go to the left side above “tools” and “settings” is there a button “Users” Visible?
Are there other admins than the one you can’t reach?
If not, Do you have acces to the FTP?
