Wondering if anyone can help me figure out how this kind of site is set up:

I can see that the theme they’re running is JNews, and they have a news ticker plugin, but what I can’t figure out is how they’re pulling in the articles. A quick Google search confirms the text is identical to other sources, so they’re getting them from other sites but somehow adding different headlines I think? Can anyone help me figure out what’s going on?
