Existing form that used to work for years suddenly Date picker stopped working and no errors in the console. I’ve tried all the available formats including “Standard” and tested in latest Chrome, Opera and Firefox browsers with the same result. LiteSpeed Cache is disabled. I’ve also tried to roll back the Ninja Forms plugin up to 3.6.7 but no avail.
