Nobody has logged into our actual account in so long that the login methods changed and there’s zero way to contact support for the plugin we’ve paid for without being able to log into the account that we can’t log into. Can someone please point me to someone I can contact about getting access to manage our payments since we have no way to access it at this point. I’d prefer not to be using a public forum for it but…. there are no contact numbers or email addresses to be found.
