No API field to add number

I recently received a “Your Akismet subscription is suspended.
” notice on a website I run. We have a paid subscription to add the correct API, but the screen doesn’t have a field for it.

I’ve uninstalled, deleted and reinstalled the plugin, but the screen is still there without the API field.

Any clues on how I can fix this? Is there a database field I can delete then reinstall Askimet?
