I am a little bit confused. When i visit my own project in incognito/ private browser and do NOT give consent, the google tag manager scripts get loaded nevertheless. I can see it in Network and application Tabs of Browser Dev Tools. If i disable complianz, they do not get loaded. I expected them to be loaded WHEN i give consent / accept. What configuration do i need here? Or is this a normal behavior?
