If the calendar is working on your site when you’re logged in, but it’s not when you’re logged out, then it is almost certainly something to do with caching.

To clarify: if you view the actual page (not Elementor preview) while logged in, are you seeing the calendar? Or is it only working in Elementor preview?

If it’s working on the actual front end page, then I think it’s caching. If it’s only in Elementor, there may be an Elementor conflict. If you have a way to put it on a page outside of Elementor (I don’t use Elementor so I don’t know if that’s even possible), that would be a good way to see if it’s a conflict.

Hi!
In Elementor editor I just see the ICS calendar shortcut and if I click on “preview site”, I see the calendar as it should be. So it can’t be something with wrong shortcode/firewall etc. Bit if I open site not logged in, it says “no elements”. If I change some site content, the new content is shown, so content is up2date.

I tried to create a page outside Elementor (WordPress editor) – same effect (“No events found”).
I put same shortcut on my personal site without Elementor: Working.

I downgraded Elementor back from 3.8.1 to 3.7.7 – no effect
I found in Elementor an element called “shortcut”. There you can only put a shortcut in it. THIS IS WORKING.

So something was changed in their text editor element starting version ?. Using “shortcut” element solves problem. 🙂

Bye,
Ingo
