No Navigation Buttons on Multi-step form

Hi,
I am trying to create a Multi-Step form, however, even though I beleieve I am following the videos and documentation correctly, no navigation buttons are displayed.
Using the inspector tools there is no HTML output for these.

I even went to your demo site and it is not displaying the navigation buttons either.
