Can you please share some screenshots of what is your configuration of the fields in PPOM?
Also, does rolling back to the previous version of PPOM fixes things https://docs.themeisle.com/article/744-how-to-rollback-your-theme-and-plugin ?

Rolling back hasn’t resolved things. However after some additional investigation it is impacting other websites which don’t have this plugin. So I am leaning towards it being a theme update issue. Appreciate the quick response however.
