No reply from support – How do you have imports auto approved?

I purchased the personal plan version and sent in a support ticket several days ago asking about how to set imported bookings to be set to auto approved and I haven’t gotten a reply.

How do you set it so that auto imported bookings from Airbnb get marked Approved on import?

Also, what does it mean when there is a red number on the main Booking Calendar menu item? There aren’t any unapproved or pending bookings and there isn’t anything to tell me what that is.
