I run a marketing consultancy and have a prospective e-commerce client.

Said client has an offline retail store that’s been in business for decades and does well.

They now want help promoting their ecommerce site that runs on woocommerce and WordPress.

However there’s actually a lot that needs fixing besides online ads – for one thing, the site isn’t optimised, and they currently only accept PayPal.

While these aren’t great, these won’t block me from testing out ads.

However now I try to visit their site, it’s down and says

“No server is available to handle this request. Please try again later.”

I assume they’re using some cheap shared hosting or is there something else going on here?

In terms of sourcing help for this, will a regular WordPress/ WooCommerce specialised agency be able to support me/ the client on this?

P.S. please no pitches in the DMs
