Hi,
The checkboxes on my form do not submit results when they have conditional visibility.
So I have a checkbox group as a starter, containing Country names. When a country on that list is selected a new group of checkboxes appear containing cities in that country. when you select a city in that group and submit, the results does not show up on submissions page.
