NoFollow link problem, kindly help.

So I inserted a link to my blog, changed its atbutes to “NoFollow” then also it shows error “We found 1 outbound links…. are nofollow”, so I changed attribues to “Dofollow” then also it’s showing the same error.

And all my posts are stuck at “SEO: 98/100” bcoz of this,
Kindly help.
