Looks like there’s some discrepancy with your site URLs.
Your public site is showing the root domain (ie no www), but the dashboard screenshot you gave is showing www.
Go to SETTINGS => GENERAL in your WordPress dashboard and make sure your “WordPress Address” and “Site Address” are exactly.

No more getting this message: Non-existent changeset UUID.
The issue appears to be addressed but not sure how it got resolved.
