Non required fields are still requiered when creating a customer

sorry for creating so many new issues but I’m evaluating Booking Press before purchasing the license ..

This time, I’d like to make a field of a customer non required but when I do so, it appears still as requiered when creating a customer as admin or staff:

it is reproducible on your demo apps
