If you’re using parameters then you don’t need referral data to pass. All the necessary data should be contained in the parameters.
To add to the existing answer which is correct imo the noreferrer attribute refers to a different thing than the system of figuring out a referral for a sale (which usually uses URL parameters like https://yoursite.com?referralid=123). As such you probably don’t need to worry about it disrupting your sales referrals.
