We have an issue on 2 sites
- https://www.chilewild.com
- https://www.bartoninsights.com
Since upgrade to 5.7.7 the contact forms do not work correctly with the following issues:
Site 1 https://www.chilewild.com
Footer contact form does not accept field entry
Contact Page https://www.chilewild.com/contact/ does not accept entries in fields
Site 2 https://www.bartoninsights.com
Footer and Contact page use Simple Captcha. We can enter fields in both forms, but when we enter the correct Captcha we get “incorrect entry” warning and are asked to try again.
Both sites use Bakery Visual composer but different themes.
Identical sites on both cases using the same themes are working fine, but they are using Contact 7 version 5.7.6 and we have deliberately not updated them until these issues are resolved.
Here are the sites using the same themes.
For site 1 (https://www.chilewild.com) uses the same theme and plug-ins as https://casadelrioretreat.com with identical settings. No problem with contact 7 forms (version 5.7.6).
For Site 2 (https://www.bartoninsights.com) uses the same theme and plug-ins as https://www.cortijolaspiletas.com/ with identical settings. No problem with contact 7 forms (version 5.7.6).
Appreciate it if you can let me know if you have found similar issues and how you have fixed them.
