If you don’t see the section to put the GTM container id in “Statistics configuration” it’s because you already have embedded Google Analytics or GTM in the website, manually or with a third-party plugin.
You should disable this further integration and then follow this guide https://complianz.io/simplified-guide-to-google-consent-mode-v2/, section “Scenario 1: Using Google Tag Manager”. In this guide it’s specified “Remove Custom Scripts: Please delete any Google scripts or Google Tag Manager scripts you’ve added manually. Instead, add them through the Complianz plugin for a smoother experience.”.
This way you’ll be able to activate the Consent Mode.
