Hi,
I downloaded and set up the free version of this plugin, would like it to calculate the shipping fee for shipping to New Zealand from Australia. However, there is even no shipping option. I searched several similar questions, and I tried to change the dimensions unit from cm to mm to cm again. But not helpful.
