That piece of information only shows if the customer actually selected a date and time for pickup.
I can see from your previous thread that the validation is not currently working on your site to prevent checking out unless the customer selects and date and time for pickup. So they might be related.
You can try placing an order yourself and then making sure to select a date and time and then go to the orders page and you should see the fulfilment info: https://prnt.sc/MeV9i22IkKaf
