Sorry for the trouble. This notice can sometimes appear when comments have been added to the SVG file. In this case, the following is added at the top of the file:
<!-- Generator: Adobe Illustrator 26.0.2, SVG Export Plug-In . SVG Version: 6.00 Build 0) -->If you open the original SVG file and remove that comment, and re-upload to your media library, you should be good.
I will see if there is a way to automatically remove comments like this in a future version of the plugin.
