Very little has changed in NMR so I can say it’s not likely anything I’ve changed on this side.
From the sales page, I would guess the problem is the mega menu feature:

MegaMenu is already included in H-Code as shown in our demo site, so you donÃt need to use any third party plugin and make your setup heavy with plugins.
see the faq regarding meta fields not appearing in the menu. you can point the theme devs to workaround #1 (which isn’t even really still a “workaround”… that hook is in WordPress core since 5.4 and should be used instead of replacing the admin menu walker).
Makes perfect sense. We’ll try to get in touch with the theme developers.
