This happens because the Redsys notification bot uses a Java user-agent, and Cloudflare blocks it. What you can do is check the ASN if it is not AS31627 (the ASN of Redsys https://ipinfo.io/AS31627), but if it is Redsys, do not check it. In this way, you maintain the protection of the site, but allow Redsys to pass.
