Hi Tibbie,
Based on your previous posts, you use other security plugins alongside Stop Bad Bots. This is not a good idea because they interfere with each other. (Please do not mention their names on this page, let’s not advertise our competitors here.)
Suggestions:
1) Use an updated browser, such as Chrome or Firefox, with JavaScript enabled. Clear the browser cache.
2) Disable any other plugins that deal with bot protection.
3) If necessary, use our free Anti Hacker Plugin, as both are compatible.
4) If the issue persists, perhaps due to interference from a caching plugin, on our plugin’s settings page, mark “Block Engine Management” as Minimal.
