On wordpress.com I can’t see the option to “Use a domain I own” when I try to add a domain.

All the documentation says I should see two options from the dropdown, “Search for a domain” and “Use a domain I own”

I see different options:

“Register a new domain” and “Transfer domains”, none of which I want to do.

What I’m trying to do is point an existing domain to a blog hosted on wordpress.com on the paid for plan using A / CNAME records.

Any help here would be appreciated.
